This is an incredible Hilton location. I've stayed multiple places in Port Moresby but this was by far one of my best experiences. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredible and so attentive, there were nice touches like a welcome note and gift, and the amenities throughout the hotel and surrounding complex that made my stay fantastic. The food is the best I've had in Papua New Guinea, bar none, especially their 5 star breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel in an heartbeat!

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are very modern and clean, the breakfast is great and the facilities are exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. The super friendliness of the staff was another nice touch. However, I would have expected the hotel to have a few more options for transport given it is unsafe to walk around the city.

The only place in the City I would classify 4* . A modern, well maintained compound - vigilant security staff (definetely necessary in this city) Hotel is simply perfect and restaurants serve delicious food. Compared to all other Hotels in Port Moresby I have stayed in, this place is an oasis. No cocroaches no rats. Well maintained save and nice place.

First class hotel that has been recently built which means everything is still new and shiny. The lighting in the room was amazing and plenty of plug points for businessman. Service was good but the meals were expensive. Free and efficient airport shuttle.

13 days - Hilton Residences at POM

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Hilton Residences. We booked the 2 bedrooms unit with breakfast. Their services are good, but if they can provide with more varieties of food in their breakfast buffet would be great. The residences' gym is good and comfortable, the air cond has been fixed. But one thing that they need to fix immediately is the bench press machine. They have installed it wrongly. The safety pin to hold the bar from rotating is not properly installed.

Complementary airport pickup and drop-off

Free airport pickup (requested in advance) and an airport drop off (booked at hotel reception desk) meant that we felt safe getting to and from the hotel. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the food and drink in the restaurant and bar in the main building was good (we didn’t try the Mumu BBQ restaurant in the hotel’s conference centre). Small swimming pool with a few sunloungers is available in the hotel grounds. Reception helped us to arrange a private driver to take us on a tour around Port Moresby. Our checkin was delayed while they investigated an issue with our reservation, but the problem was eventually resolved and we had a pleasant short stay in the Hilton Port Moresby Hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean. The food at all of the restaurants within the hotel was wonderful. The hotel had great security and we felt safe at all times.

Excellent hotel and very secure. I had access to the business lounge of which I highly recommend if not just for breakfast. It had access to meeting rooms which I was able to use during my stay and very friendly and attentive service. Restaurants were also on site and very good quality food served.
