Lots of old world charm in the public areas and everything is well maintained. We had a king room with harbor view in a newer section of the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only odd thing was that the bathroom is enclosed in frosted glass walls. So the light from the bathroom can disturb someone trying to sleep. Not a good design, and does not feel very private. The staff members were gracious and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

We loved the spacious classic king room with sea-view. Friendly staff, Shower area, bed etc were awesome! Breakfast was good. Taxis were readily available. The sliding door for room rear access wasn't working well. Overall enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!👍👌🙂

Disappointing stay despite the history and location I really wanted to love the Grand Pacific, as it truly is a beautiful property. It’s a lovely place to stop by for tea or a cocktail and admire the architecture, but unfortunately I would not recommend it for a stay or for dining. From the start, service was slow, and the staff were noticeably less friendly compared to other hotels we stayed at or visited in Fiji. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and unfortunately I experienced food poisoning that lasted for two days, which significantly impacted our trip. The only real positives were the location and the patio/view, which were lovely. Overall, this experience fell short, and I would not stay here again/ nor recommend it.

The last time I stayed at GPH was 10 years ago, and everything seems to have gone downhill since then. Staff are still lovely and helpful, but the room itself was pretty basic, nothing provided in the bathroom, had to go through 3 teabags as they all kept splitting (assuming they were old). Wouldn't pay to stay there again
