「September 2025. The accommodation was clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff at the JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa provided exemplary service. The resort offered a luxurious atmosphere, with notable features including the fitness centers, spa and more... The only minor issue encountered was the lack of clear communication regarding the closure of some on-site restaurants during check-in and Beach Seaweed. 「Staff was phenomenal」

「We loved this hotel, however there were no locks on the door of one of the bedrooms in our suite. The room could be accessed from the outside. The hotel is on a beautiful hilltop but, we couldn’t let our kids sleep in that room. The hotel had no way to rectify. The hotel and staff are amazing but that would be a consideration for not returning to the 3 bedroom suite. 」
