Extraordinary experience. Best possible service. Everybody made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. The staff were absolutely charming, incredibly friendly, and always attentive to every little detail. The hotel itself is small, cosy, and full of charm, creating a very warm and personal atmosphere. We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. A truly exceptional experience that we would love to repeat.

Quaint and quiet boutique hotel. Our breakfast was included and their avocado toast was delicious! The staff was young, energetic and professional. Honestly, I’ve paid more for rooms in St. Barths and this small hotel was great price and amazing location. We walked down to the beach every morning without having to pay to parking- a huge perk!

Great hotel! This is our second year in a row coming and it continues to get better every time. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Whether assisting with reservations on the island or helping you get a steamer the staff is quick and attentive. The food here is so underrated!! The burger was excellent. The location can’t be beat as your steps away from Eden rock, Nikki beach, le geurite and more! Must stay !

Great location at St.Jean beach. Staff were very helpful and great to talk with. The rooms are very small we stayed in jungle room 3. No view or patio in room just in hall outside of room. Free breakfast. Overpriced for what is offered. 40 euros for taxi into town. We rented a car for 1 day that’s all you need to see most of island.

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and overall it was a 10/10 property. The staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several issues with communication. When we arrived, the staff member who escorted us to our room told us that our online booking included a $375 hotel credit (excluding the bar and gratuities). Based on that information, we ordered coffees and room service during our stay. At checkout, we were unexpectedly told that no such credit applied, leaving us with an outstanding bill we hadn't anticipated. There was also confusion regarding the complimentary breakfast. We were initially told we had free breakfast, but then informed it wouldn't apply to the breakfast we had already eaten. Later, when we tried to use it, we were told it was too late, and instead we were offered a complimentary coffee. While the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were pleasant, the management of these situations was disappointing. During these conversations, the manager was present but did not offer an apology or an explanation for why we had been given incorrect information about the hotel credit. Better communication and accountability would have made a significant difference to an otherwise excellent stay.

Such a beautiful property and excellent service. From the courteous shuttle to and from the airport to the perfectly appointed rooms, it was a treat. 3 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to the harbor for restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend
