ギリ アイランドの五つ星ホテル

「スタッフが皆フレンドリーで、とても丁寧にこちらの要望に応えてくれました。」

「The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool...

「This was more like a 3 star hotel. It was very small, only 4 rooms and we were the only guests. The in room safe is not bolted to anything, making it completely useless. The staff were very friendly and helpful」
