When we arrived we couldn’t find the reception to begin with. Once we did, check in was very slow - the staff member tried to charge me twice and failed to return my passport until I asked for it. "The room was very small - with odd arrangement of shower and toilet in their own little closet- but had a great view . I was there on my own so it was fine . Coffee and food was excellent - although hard to get attention of the wait staff so you don't want to be in a rush over breakfast. I would recommend booking a larger room on the higher floors."

"Good location to stay at if you need to get to the convention centre but, kind of out of the way for anything else. At first, The staff wouldn't honour the free breakfast each morning despite me showing the email confirmation that says i had breakfast included of which is why I booked the accommodation via wotif.
