"Staff were helpful and polite. Room maintenance left something to be desired. One lamp was not working and coffee pods not replaced. Soap dispenser in bathroom empty but that was corrected quickly. Overall a good place to stay but not 5 stars. Convenient for International terminal at AKL. "

"The view of the room is fantastic! The location is perfect! Many stores around and it's on Queen Street, the famous shopping area of Auckland. Walkable distance to a metro station, which is also a hub of many metro lines so that it's easy to go anywhere you want. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Loving experience. Would like to stay again for my next Auckland trip."

"This is our second visit to the Fable and we have decided that this is where we will stay every time we come to Auckland now (unless we're travelling with our dog). The best thing about it is the service. Lots of staff and all so friendly and willing to help. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy and the location is perfect."

"Nice hotel with really nice facilities. The only downside is that the rooms are too dark with black walls and not good lighting. There’s no chrome cast which is a bit annoying. Other than that the gym is good, and the spa area is amazing!"
