The tapas lounge offered just the right amount of good quality food. All staff— front desk & housekeeping were very friendly & helpful. "Great stay with wonderful staff & fantastic breakfast. Valet parking was a absolute dream (thank you!). Rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. Communal areas (corridors) were a bit unusual with doors that opened outwards and some decoration required but very small point. We had a very beautiful stay and look forward to returning. "

"Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable."
