"This is a wonderful place to stay if you want the beach scene. Bondi Swim Club is almost directly across the street. Very clean with nice staff. The quality of the beds, bedding, kitchen amenities, towels, etc. is very good and very comfortable. Everything was clean and my apartment was serviced daily. I was happy to have laundry facilities in my room. Don't try to check in early. Your door code and room code won't work until 2, and there is no onsite staff."

"The lack of clear communication astounds me. I got to the day of the check in and had not received any details and when I called they wouldn’t respond. I had to call from another number for them to call me back. They blamed me when they hadn’t received the bond even though I had sent proof from my bank saying it had been transferred. When they finally “did receive” the bond they didn’t apologise for the chaos they put me through. They company they rent through was just as useless as they are....
