"The resort was beautiful and the staff was very responsive and kind! Our room was somewhat dirty and the shower curtain had stains but as soon as I called housekeeping took care of it! Cleaned the bathroom and brought fresh curtains for the shower. My three teenagers loved it! We can’t wait to visit again!!"

"If you are placed in the older building, you will feel like you've been "catfished" (tricked)... The pictures online do not reflect the older accomodations. You'd be staying with stained yellow carpeting (possibly from the 1980s??), broken cabinets, exposed electrical, a bathtub faucet that didn't stop dripping, actual dirt and grime, a couch with old cigarette burns, a broken elevator, etc. When I complained, we were moved into the newer, remodeled building but I would not stay there again. I can provide pictures to support the above info."
