「No issues with the room as usual, we have stayed there several times as we visit family nearby. My issue was the breakfast, as, ,although soya milk and gluten free bread was on menu, there was none available. Which is not acceptable if on the menu, when staff asked, we were told it had not been delivered. However exactly the same thing happened last time we stayed there. Not acceptable.」

「My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. The hotel is more central than I thought so easy to walk into town along the river or even to the large garden centre. A big downside is my room was...

「落ち着いたオシャレなホテルです。歴史ある建物にも関わらず、設備は完璧。清潔感のあるゴージャスな部屋でゆっくりとできました。レストランも素晴らしい。朝食もビュッフェ台から定番のジュース類やハムチーズ、シリアルを、そして、卵料理など温かいプレートの好きな物をオーダーできます。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。肩の張らない、リラックスした時間をすごすことができました。また、訪れたいやどのひとつです。」
