"Front desk never texted when our room was ready despite promising to do so then didn’t apologise. No effort by staff to prevent sunbeds being reserved and left unused. Wristbands rarely operated the lifts - this happened to many guests during our stay. Front desk suggested user error until proven to them, again zero apology. No. of elevators insufficient for #guests, resulting in long waits. No facility to freshen up after check-out if you have a later flight. Do management actually care about the guest experience? The above suggests they don’t have a grip on their operations."
