"Well located to Skytrain to Access Van sights. Furniture is banged up, hot tub jets don’t work. A thousand kids in pool. Resort fees charged but no enjoyment due to a thousand kids and moms using all the space and screaming. Mattress sinks in and hurts your back. Way overpriced for what you get. When asked for compensation for resort fees only took off one days fees so little to know compensation. No sanitizer in stations. Best thing was the Story Cafe across the street. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time."

"The staff were friendly, but they often forgot to provide towels at the pool. I also had concerns about the cleanliness of our room—when we checked in, there was a small brown residue in the toilet that I couldn’t identify, which made me question whether it had been properly cleaned. Additionally, I found it unsanitary that the trash bins did not have liners. But the front desk is totally awesome! "
