「This is my second time with my family in this amazing place the stuff are very helpful all the time with smile. I would like to thank all the staff, especially heba from the restaurant. She's doing amazing Egyptian bread I recommend everyone should try it. We had amazing memories with animation team. I wish if they can add a blastic plates & cutlerys for children to use in kids corner at the restaurant. Every time I need a plate or a cutlery to use, I have to bother the stuff...

「Receptionist was great very helpful food was good pool great」

「Great」

「The hotel needs an update. But the staff trying to be helpful. Expensive for the price paid. We believe it should have been cheaper」

「The room was nice and spacious」

「Grounds were really pretty and they and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were unfailingly helpful. Breakfast buffet was vast and good quality. We found the pools slightly disappointing as they were all in total shade by 4 and closed by 5pm (October). But otherwise very nice.」
