"Really amazing place. If you are up for a super relaxing stay, Ambong Pool Villas is a great option. Super helpful staff are reachable via WhatsApp all day to provide service and advice. You can choose meals in your villa or in the resort restaurant. The villas are meticulously cleaned twice a day, including the pools (to remove leaves etc). The view of the surrounding environment from inside the villa is enhanced by huge windows that face the pool. Lots to observe, both flora and fauna....

On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. "The room was very spacious since somehow they gave us a VIP room, but it was quite a bit out of date. The staff was unprofessional. They took half an hour to check us in, didnt give any voucher for breakfast (I booked a room with free breakfast), and doing something else on their phone while helping us.
