「地域のハブステーションであるチェスター駅の目の前にある立地がとにかく便利。 内装やスタッフの対応など、全体的には四つ星ホテルとして申し分なし。 泊まった部屋のトイレの水がやたら流れづらかったのだけが気になりました。 あとはバスタブもある部屋だったのは良いとして、シャワーガードの扉が短いので慣れてない日本人にとってはちょっと扱いづらいかもしれません。 それらが問題なければ、おすすめできるホテルです。」

「The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. 「Room was nice enough but not practical ..... lighting was poor, there were no bedside cabinets, there was no dressing table, there was one easy chair and one stool (it was a double room so why not two chairs) bath/shower not guest friendly, the bath plug/drain did not drain properly which resulted in my having to stand in very hot scalding water for my shower and getting bright red feet as a result, there was no toilet brush either which is a basic hygiene matter. 「Stayed 1st - 3rd of June. Absolutely amazing stay for our mini moon. The staff, the food, the room were all incredible. We can't wait to come back, so much so we have already pre booked a suite for our one year anniversary May 2027. Very relaxing stay just what we needed after a manic wedding weekend.
