「My favorite part of the beautiful resort was the very friendly staff, the adult pool and the Tiki Bar was amazing. I especially enjoyed Justin who was the pool tiki bar server my whole stay. 「When I arrived the women at the front desk was nice and accommodating and very friendly. She upgraded my room and let us arrive early at no additional cost. I had an issue later on with another front desk worker that was very rude. I reported her and was given a $25 gift certificate for breakfast at their restaurant.
