「The views are beautiful」

「We stayed here for two nights. Our room was ready to occupy late, and we waited an hour after check in to receive our keys. That was disappointing. Then when we got to our room, it felt like the AC hadn’t been run in days. It was hot and took hours to cool off. We had to open doors in July to get the room to cool down. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.」

「The apartment was very clean. It is in a multi unit apartment. You NEED an app to get in and out of the apartment. The location was convenient. A/C was great. Full size laundry was also good. The complex has a pool and a really nice gym. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is on the 4th floor but next to the pool. The pool has a light on all night.
