This bed and breakfast was amazing!! Dennis and Janet were incredible hosts, it felt like home away from home. We got in at 2:30 am due to a delayed flight and Dennis still stayed up to welcome us and show us around the house. They also made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again!

Just what I needed

My stay was relaxing and pleasant in every way. The hosts’ communication was excellent, and their service was top-notch. The place was beyond beautiful. The breakfasts were great, and they were even able to accommodate my food restrictions and were so nice about it. I will definitely be returning!

The view was phenomenal. The accommodations were great. The hosts were perfect. They make you feel like family. Most gracious friendly hosts you can ask for. Breakfast was delicious home cooking. From the moment I pulled in, I knew I was in for a special stay. Arriving just after 9:15 PM, I was greeted by Dennis—and even a couple of deer standing nearby—which immediately set the tone for a memorable experience. True hospitality can be hard to find, but Dennis and Janet made me feel right at home. Between Janet’s delicious snickerdoodle cookies and the genuine warmth of their welcome, it felt more like visiting family than checking into a rental. I was traveling alone and spent most of my stay working, so having such a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day was greatly appreciated. The hot shower, relaxing bath, and incredibly comfortable bed were exactly what I needed after long workdays. The farmhouse itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and blends country charm with modern farmhouse style. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to recharge and enjoy the surroundings. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with exceptional hosts. I’m already looking forward to returning with my family—hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Everything about this visit was top rate! The B&B was clean, comfortable, (even has a theatre room!) and welcoming. The views from the patio are great in the morning and at night. You can sip your wine around the fire table and watch the sun set over the mountains. Dennis and Janet are warm and pay attention to every detail to make your stay remarkable!

Dennis and Janet were extremely gracious, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious. They were also very helpful with local information (before and during our stay). This made our time here stress free. The scenery here is amazing both in the morning and at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table and the hummingbirds provided endless entertainment. The view from the home of Pikes Peak is just stunning. This is a wonderful B&B.

We had read the reviews but nothing could have prepared us for the beauty of the property both side and out! The hosts Dennis and Janet were so accommodating. Loved the breakfast and sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Sitting by the fire breathing in the fresh air and the serenity in this place which was amazing!

Spotless, breathtaking views, beautiful deck: couches, firepit, picnic table, unbelievable landscape. Interior decorating was unreal. Bed-super comfortable, large bathroom, the best place we've ever stayed. Breakfast was delicious! And the crowning jewels were the hosts. Accommodating, gracious, responsive, and lovely! Not a single negative thing can be said about this place!!

Everything was amazing. Dennis and Janet were incredibly nice. They showed us around and had some home made chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. The space was great, with an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit, that was great to watch the sunset over Pike's Peak by. The home theater was really cool to watch to watch Netflix in. Then to wrap it up, we had a great home cooked breakfast in the Morning. We only stayed one night, but we wish we had more time there and hope to return.

Peak Valley Manor - Relaxing!

What a wonderful place with such gracious hosts! Dennis and Janet went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location is a tranquil meadow away from the buzz of the city. Our stay was three nights and we were greeted each morning with a delicious breakfast customed made to meet our tastes and needs. Our favorites were the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant and the fresh and flaky apple turnovers. Mmmm! The unit has it's own movie theater where you can recline, relax and enjoy a good movie (we watched The Intern). I loved rising early, brewing myself a cup of coffee, stepping out on the patio and enjoying the view next to a babbling brook. There are horses next door to watch and we even saw deer.

The owners were so courteous and provided all check in information prior to arrival. They then confirmed the time of arrival on the day of check in so they could be there to greet us. Janet and Dennis (the owners) were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage and gave us a tour of where we would be staying. They pay a lot of attention to detail, which is apparent in so many ways - like the gift bag on the bed, complimentary bottled water, access to a Keurig whenever you would like coffee, freshly baked cookies and snacks, all in addition to a beautiful breakfast the next morning arranged very nicely was delicious, too! It's the little things that matter - like when they offered to take photos of me and my daughter before we left on the property, too. We felt like we were staying with family. The rooms are professionally decorated and super clean. Wifi and Firestick access are great, and there is even a movie room! We loved watching the horses in the pasture outside and the views of the neighboring properties and mountains are beautiful. The b&b is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It's great for relaxation. We will definitely visit again.

This beautiful property is ideal for a couple or small family for a stay in Colorado Springs. The place is incredibly spacious, well maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. It even has a theatre/movie watching room! The yard is accessible and provides beautiful views of the pastoral landscape and Pike's Peak in the distance. There are multiple seating places that can be used outside- at your own private bistro table, just outside the coffee bar area, or at a fire table. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and welcomed us to their property. They showed us how to use everything in the unit which was incredibly helpful. The hosts couldn't have been more hospitable. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the Colorado Springs area.

We loved our experience at Peak Valley Manor! The lodging was exquisite and offered so many amenities that made our stay both relaxing and fun, like an actual theater room! The view from outside is breathtaking - you have a completely unobstructed view of Pike’s Peak and the rest of the range. Janet and Dennis were so accommodating and gracious. You will love the homemade breakfasts. We could not ask for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak, surrounded by lovely homes and greeted by Dennis and Janet which are some of the best people you will ever meet. We enjoyed the luxurious home theater and cozy camp fire outside. The coffee bar was much needed after our long days of adventures and the Amazing Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Dennis and Janet were wonderful hosts and the facility was outstanding! Breakfast was delicious, the facility was immaculate, security was not an issue and the location was great. I cannot give Peak Valley enough kudos as it far exceeded my expectations.

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with a wonderful terrace complete with fire table and fire pit as well! Very nice linens and both a tub and shower. This was an AMAZING place to stay. The location was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed hiking and sightseeing all day then relaxing in the theater room or by the gas fire pit outside on the patio. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Janet and Dennis were the perfect hosts. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This is an incredible property that far exceeded our expectations! The hosts (Dennis and Janet) are thoughtful and caring people who thought of everything to make our stay very memorable. We can't wait until we can return to this paradise!!

Janet and Dennis were amazing! This is a gorgeous property. The Breakfast is delicious and the views are incredible. We had an amazing stay and we actually did our first look for our wedding day on their patio area and it was absolutely magical! We will be back again😁 Thank you!

Amazing Bed and Breakfast

Beautiful place!! So much room! We had a nice bedroom and beautiful bath, a study, a living room, dining room and kitchen. A coffee bar and full media Room with big screen and reclining chairs!! Outdoor area had pond and waterfall. Outdoor seating with a fire table and separate fire pit!! Also beautiful view of pikes peak. The breakfasts were amazing and Dennis and Janet were so sweet!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!!
