"Hotel was close to everything, transit is just 10 minutes walk, few starions. restaurants are everywhere any food ypu desire to. Hotel have great amenities, piyamas, sleepers and any esensials you need to. Staff is very nice and efficent. Laundry room in the second floor ypu cam monitor the staus from your room tv, including the ones thay are not in use. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, expensive, but worst every penny. Room are nice and very confortabke Great hotel, highly recommended. Will go baxk next time we are in Osaka."

"The best hotel we stayed in Japan. The staff were very friendly and willing to help us. The breakfast was great, with lots of fruits (rare find!), vegetables, French toast, juices, croissants, cappuccino/ latte machine, yogurt, eggs, etc. The room was very clean, good size, big comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower and bath tub too. The location is also a plus, 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori, 35 minutes walking from Osaka Station. We would love to come back to this beautiful hotel again. "

"Room was the perfect size for a family of four. If planning to visit tourist attractions this hotel isn’t the most convenient for commuting into Dontonboro etc. This was a very quality hotel, great amenities, it was quiet and it was very clean."

"Excellent stay. We stayed for 7nights, they do daily room cleaning. Great location, only 6 mins walk to City mall where the Namba train station is. They provided pajamas, Kose facial products which I did not expect, otherwise I would not bring any of my skin care products. Super convenient and thoughtful! And free starbuck drinks from the coffee machine. 10/10 recommended!! The only thing is the room is a bit small can open one suitcase but that’s ok for us. "

"Room was spacious compared to the hotel I stayed at Shinjuku. Loved that it was walking distance from Universal Studios. The view from my room was incredible. 110% will recommend."
