"Nice stay, great breakfast buffet, epic!"

"The property was fantastic. The room was spacious, the staff were extremely helpful, and you were in a relatively central location. The only thing I was disappointed with was the Expedia VIP benefit. It was advertised as a free drink but the only drink you could get for free was a soft drink. You had to pay a premium to have a standard alcoholic house wine or beer. I felt like the way the benefit was advertised was somewhat misleading. "

"5 minute walk from subway which is only advantage of this location, otherwise seems to be in middle of office blocks. Would not stay here again due to location . However, it is incredibly clean, outstanding g service too. Has free happy hour also which is great. 10/10 for everything other than location "

"The hotel looks beautiful. The staffs are very warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and has comfy beds. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Good food in a very nice room. Staffs are really nice. The property is very close to Dotonbori and subway services, so its easy to go around...Stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time. Would comeback again!"
