「Staff were amazing. Our original room was very loud because of weather/door structure but they were accommodating and moved us to a quieter room. Great amenities. Great location. Only downside was expensive parking. 」

「Parking my SUV in the parking garage during renos was fine. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was in awe when I saw my room, soooooo nice! The closet smelled brand new as if never used. Bathroom clean. I connected to Netflix on the TV easily. Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast brought to my room was quick, delicious, could be getter priced. I'm looking forward to returning!」

「 A very unique place with lots of antiques. A clean room and a very comfy bed. The host Michèle was very nice and recommended an amazing restaurant which we loved. She also recommended places to go for hiking and we were not disappointed the view was amazing. Highly recommend this place! 」

「The heritage! WOW this house is exquisite. And we didn’t see it all. You will certainly need to cancel the alarm you will not want to get out of bed. This is a must stay if you visit Kingston. Highly recommend.」

「The hotel was very comfortable. All hotel employees have great hospitality, thus the stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. 매우 쾌적하고 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 직원 분들이 매우 친절하였습니다. 조식이 맛있었습니다. ホテルの設備もよく、何より、フロントの方やその他の方が、大変親切でした。ホスピタリティが溢れており、これまで私が泊った欧米のホテルでは経験できなかった、きめ細かいサービスが受けられました。 朝食もおいしかったです。今回の旅行で3か所のカナダのホテルに泊まりましたが、ここを除いてはどこも最悪で、もう二度とカナダには旅行に行かないことを決めましたが、ここのホテルだけは、素晴らしく良いホテルでした。」
