"Loved the location and the staff was Amazing! The space was really tight but since it was my husband and I we managed. No coffee maker in the room😩They have there own room spray and candles, which they have for sale also, but the aroma alone pulls you into the lobby! We will be back!"

"We are very happy with our stay at Hyatt Place New York City / Times Square. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was the best we have seen at a hotel, lots of food, and lots of options. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was on a quiet street and just a short walk to Times Square. If we ever come back to NYC we will definitely be staying here again."

"Nice hotel, more of a boutique hotel. Small lobby. Friendly staff. Floor hallways need to be redecorated, looks dull, but clean. Rooms are clean. Large shower. Very nice rooftop patio, great views. Parking around the corner, not affiliated with hotel. Many food options in area. 10 min walk to Times Sq. Will stay again. "
