「The condo itself was pretty nice. I felt like everything doesn't get checked over after each rental exit. There was a throw blanket in livingroom that I noticed was filthy after I use it. It was fold on the side of the chair so that you couldn't see it. The kitchen area was left desiring items. The listing says that it was stocked with supplies but it was minimal. There's no way to cook a full meal in that kitchen nor would I want to with what was supplied. Cheap pans, several dirty dishes...

「Facility, wonderful. Management failed to ask about parking passes and only issued one. We were reprimanded on night of arrival. Parking pass was delivered in the room when we were away on the third day of stay. They could've called to meet us there. I know they OWN the property, but it's an invasion of privacy to go into a unit when residents are away. People go through our things, private underwear drawers etc and it's unsettling they go into a unit without tenets present. I will...

「I really liked the Tidewater. It had all of the amenities of home. The elevators were a little slow but not bad. Right on the beach and walking distance to the pier. The condo itself(unit 2014) had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and their private baths. Plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area. Also a third bath. The balcony had a lot of room as well. If we get a chance to go back, we will stay here again. 」
