The gym, spa and pool area were always kept spotless and the staff always welcomed with a friendly attitude. The only downside to the visit was the area which the hotel is in. The area appears to have been overrun with prostitution and drugs but as long as you stay close to the hotel or go outside the immediate area it’s safe enough. "

"My room had a very nice overview of the park and the Hamburg area. First thing that I did after dropping off my bags at the room was to take a walk through the park, there is also a Planetarium located in this park that I did not get around to visiting - next time. The S-train stops are a short walk away and run very frequently, there's also a bus stop 5min walk away just around the corner from the hotel - this way you can plan your journey together via S-train and bus and have a shorter walk...

"Overall it was a nice stay. However, the cleaning crew should clean around the shower stall more thoroughly. I could see the dirt unter the shower stall. For the price the breakfast lag the variety of fruit and pastries. Cloth drier did not work well. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice."
