When coming back at night after dinner, I had a friend walk me to the hotel because the street on which the hotel was dark and there were few people around."

The staff was helpful, and the room was comfortable, not suitable for huge luggage, but it was not a problem for us (we traveled light). Some people might not like the surrounding area since it's next to the fish market, but it's only dark, nothing to be concerned about. "

"The area around the hotel is perfect if you want to stay away from the more crowded parts of the city, but still within walking distance of lots of great places. Plenty of places to eat and drink with a great local environment. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions and needs. The rooms were clean and well attended regularly. The waygu dinner is a must try."

"If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to visit! There are many places to eat and shop as well as see a game of the Yomirui Giants if you can get tickets. The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English even though I was mistaken for being Japanese. During the second night of our stay, there was a conference in session and the elevators were crowded but a staff member was present and kept folks moving in an efficient manner. Would stay here again!"
