"Always enjoy staying at the Radisson, but this is the second time that I have had to ask for the bottle of wine that Expedia rewards Silver members with. This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service."

"I had booked a 3 night stay as it was my daughter's graduation and i wanted it to be a special memorable time. Everything was grand the first night but on arrival back to the hotel on our second day our room hadn't been serviced, i reported this to reception and was told it would be sorted.we were heading out for our graduation dinner. "Stayed overnight for a flight the next day. No shuttle to the airport but a good taxi service that the front desk booked for 16 GBP. Good dinner at the hotel dining room. "

"The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay."
