「Great welcome at reception. Accessible room allocated as requested. In my opinion, there is a design flaw in the bathroom, as the 'accessible' toilet is positioned too low to be accessible and is too close to the hand basin. The shower was more of a trickle than a shower, albeit hot, and I've had worse showers, so it's not worth complaining about, just an observation. We ate at the restaurant in the evening - a very pleasant experience with attentive staff. Sadly, the same could not be said...

「Our stay at the hotel was really nice friendly staff when we checked in and out, room nice and clean, my only issue was the carpark, we clicked on the hotel link for directions which took us to the carpark infront of the hotel (carpark D), when we checked in, we were told we should be in carpark A, but we had already used up our free 30mins in that carpark so would work out to be the same price if we moved our car, so stayed where we were, the QR code system didnt work for the parking in this...
