「The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful.」

「I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected.」

「Location is great! Hotel is cleaned regularly, however it is a there are furniture items that need to be replaced. For example, the couch in our room had dried coffee stains all over it, torn wallpaper in our room, vent in bathroom was full of lint. The bed was well-used, with deep body indentations.
