「The room is clean and comfortable. It’s convenient that a supermarket and a drug store is located closed. And also the owner is vey kind . I enjoyed staying there. 」

「Wow!! So impressed with the high standards of Hotel Ballard. Rooms were large, clean, and had amenities such as a larger fridge. The area surrounding the hotel was super quaint. Restaurants, bars, and local shops were all walkable. Highly recommended this property 」

「It’s a favorite nearby getaway for adults only that we’ve been to several times, now. We always appreciate the welcoming staff, fresh cold water, tea and coffee and DVDs to borrow n the living room area - which looks cozy but not where we’ve spent our time given the well-appointed room with a fireplace, comfy bed and a relaxing 2 person jetted bathtub on the porch. Haven’t found a bad place to dine, yet! 」

「The staff was amazing. Our room was ready early which meant a lot to us. We were photographing a wedding in Chelan and its always nice to leave our stuff in a room and not in the car. The grounds were beautiful and it was nice to come back after a long day and relax in a wonderful and quiet room. Thank you! 」

「Great location in Chelan - easy walk to the City Park beach, to shopping, to grocery. It is not right on the beach, but has its own pool and small fitness facility.」

「The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that 」

「We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our group - our son and daughter-law with 4 year old daughter; and our adult daughter. Along with a couple of dogs! The cabin is very comfortable and homey, not perfect but that just made it more comfortable. The yard is ideal if you have a pet, very secure for small children and pets. The location is great for a walk into Plain, the local winery, or a short scenic drive to Leavenworth. Will definitely try to stay again!」
