Cascade Pass

Staff was friendly but hotel is definitely suffering from old age pains? Only one elevator functioning, water refill in fitness center non functional, burned out lightbulbs, etc. Main question for me arose because I was feeling poorly and ordered some Zicam from Amazon, which was delivered within two hours to the front desk but no one at the front desk bothered to phone my room to let me know. If not for a later email from Amazon with proof of delivery we might never have known it had arrived. I did not expect them to deliver it to our room, but the phone had a red light which would have been helpful.

Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage for the day so we could explore Seattle without the hassle of lugging it all around.

Super location, parking just a block away. So clean and decorated very nicely.
