"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"This was my absolute favorite hotel I have ever stayed at! It’s so beautiful, feels like you are in a chalet. The roof top hot pools are amazing. The spa was so peaceful and relaxing. I had a pedicure and it was perfect! There is nothing I can say negative about this place. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast too. "

"We loved the pool and the amazing view that comes with it. It was also our baby's first pool experience and he loved it. We had most of our meals at the Stirling Grill and all of them were spectacular. Customer service is top-notch from the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping and any requests we had was immediately attended to. The only thing we could comment on was the ventilation in our room. The weather was ranging between 15 to 20 °C when we stayed so it got warm when no windows were...

"Staff was great, restaurant was awesome. Parking was a little confusing but we figured it out. Our room got upgraded cause the one that was booked wasn't completed from construction. Booked the hotel for the pool for the kids and got there was told its closed, wish it was mentioned online or with the confirmation email. Price reduction would have been nice but the upgrade of the room was appreciated. "
