「We had a lovely 2 night stay in a very comfortable, clean and cosy room. We asked reception for a fan and they brought us one, the fourth floor was extremely quiet although wifi reception up there not so good. Everything was clean, we had a lovely sea view and the windows opened which is a massive bonus. 「We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay. The breakfast was top notch and they would recommend restaurants in the area if you were looking for something different to eat later on in the day. The rooms are a good size all with ensuite.
