"The apartment was clean and with all necessary accessories. But the best thing about our stay was the owner. We made reservation late, about 10 PM and when we called at 10:30 same day, she has already prepared our room. Owner let us park in driveway so car was of the street. Next day she left glasses with vine and some cherries on our outside table!!!!! She gave us maps of Dubrovnik and some very useful suggestions where to go. AMAZING."

There is a small supermarket just around the corner as well for basic needs. Andrea the property manager was very helpful with providing a late arrival check in."

"We spent one night in this beautiful apartment to allow us to see a little of Dubrovnik before flying home. We were greeted, as arranged, by Nikolina and Maro who made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us some tourist tips and a local map. At first it was a bit of a trek to and from the beach, as its up a slight hill or we used the 50+ steps hidden between the buildings leading to the beach and 'esplanade'. "We had a great stay at Villa Vinka. The property manager lives on premise and any request will get done promptly. Great area to be in as well. We were forunate that there were not other people present in the house, but I could see the walls may be thin if it was full. Great deal and it worked for us. A few of the light bulbs didn't work and the fan in the kitchen either but we were still able to cook (no microwave)."
