"The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The lighting was not great in the bathroom but was ok. It would be great for the TV to have the option of changing Italian to English like many 5-star hotels do. Aurelio and Stefania were wonderful, as was Fabio. The front desk attendant in the afternoon was not at all pleasant; I didn’t get his name, but everyone else was wonderfully welcoming. "

"Easy commute from the Main Venice island over to Fido. Very quiet, Clean, and staff was very polite and friendly. Nearby shops and cafe and safe to walk even at night. Definitely recommend and will return for another stay. "

"Absolutely lovely place, a hidden gem! Stayed here with a friend for 4 days and we loved it! Its close to Lido beach, to vaparetto water taxi station, lots of shops and cafes, grocery stores and more. All personnel at the hotel were nice and helpful, our room was clean without any issues. I would come back! And yes, their breakfast was good too- variety to choose from. "
