ウィンザーの三つ星ホテル

「Although the building and facilities were old, the rooms were clean and the staff provided good service.」

「We stayed for 4 nights. It was really hot out and the room was hot. First room, a/c didn't work. They changed us to another room. 2nd room, a/c worked first night. Then each day it stopped working. I told the front staff on 4 occasions. They reset it from their end. I had the worst sleeps in the hot room with flat uncomfortable pillows. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel.」

「バス停のすぐそばに位置し、大変気さくなご主人でとても安心しました。 シャワーもずっと適温で出続けてくれたので風邪をひくこともなく本当に良かったです。」

「Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. 「Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...

「This apartment is very conveniently situated for travelers arriving by train - only abut 5 minutes' walk from Windsor/Eton Riverside station. Windsor Castle is a 10 minute walk away. It is well equipped with most things you might need during your stay. The washer/dryer combo in the kitchen is a great perk. It is, however, situated on a busy street corner, and the windows are not particularly soundproof, so if you're noise sensitive or a light sleeper this might not be the place for you....

「駅前ながらレストランやショップは少ない。朝食も最低限のレベルでした。冷蔵庫が欲しかった。」
