"Check in was horrible. You had to check in at a kiosk and there was no front desk. No one available to help check in, especially when the confirmation number was different than the one received from Hotels.com. Then there was no explanation on how to get to your room, or anything. Very poor customer service, with the amount of resort fees. Parking was very confusing, and again no one to help you figure out where to park to get to the rooms.The few staff we did come in contact with weren't helpful at all, just kept saying not there job and they couldn't help us."
