「The rooms are always very clean. I've stayed here numerous times, and the cleanliness is always very good. The front-of-house staff are very welcoming and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and overall, it's a nice experience. 」

「So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!」

「Great bar area with good beers and nice staff. Lovely room (though bed a bit softer than I’d really like), plenty of space & spotless. Bathroom - large so would benefit from a small table or shelf for putting your washbag on. Small bottle of welcome homemade rhubarb vodka supplied in the room which was much appreciated! Easy free parking. Dinner was excellent and our server, Annie, was fabulous. We both had the beef burger which was a fabulous lump of meat. Highly recommended. 」
