"Fantastic hotel for my overnight business trip. Loved the room fitout and facilities and the buffet breakfast. My only area of improvement is the noise from rooms close by with doors closing etc was quite loud in the room. "

Due to one of the lifts being down for maintenance, all guests received a complimentary beer or cider as an apology for the inconvenience. This was an unexpected touch. "Fantastic place to stay when in downtown Sydney. 3 min walk to the State Theatre where had a concert. 5min walk to train station for ease of transport everywhere, 10min walk to Darling Harbour and 20min to Circular Quay. Staff were very friendly and made it a simple check in and out, free use of laundry facilities and no charge to leave my luggage with them all day after I checked out until I needed to head out of town. Will definitely stay here again in future. "

"Good location but my windows facing wall of next building. Air-conditioning filters are dirty based on messages on remote control. That's why air in room is stuffy which makes me sneezing often. Reception staff are helpful and friendly "

"Very convenient for interstate arrivals at Central. Tired, not too well maintained room, a little noisy if your room faces George Street. Had to ask for milk from reception to make myself a cuppa! They could provide a microwave and a toaster, too."

"Well priced, clean, comfortable accommodation in a central part of Sydney. Sometimes when you travel, you don't want to spend too much on accommodation as you know you will never be in the room (except to sleep and have a shower), so this was perfect in that regard. I would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kith Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. After our second night, the room was cleaned, but the bed covers were just thrown over the bed. "the reception and bar staff are extremely welcoming, the bistro food is excellent, the location is ideal for public transport and walking to nearby shops and parks, and the property itself is very affordable and convenient. although outdated with structural wear and tear, I had one of two rooms with a balcony which had beautiful views and could people watch all day. would definitely stay again!"
