"This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family."

"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every...

"We have no complain about our stay other than the jacked up price during tulip time but that was expected as everywhere else. The lady that check us in was kind and helpful, we’re able to print our boarding passes. Hot tub was cold, but my kids enjoyed the pool and hubby loved sitting out on the patio with fireplace. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but internet was fast. Sofa bed was a single in case you’re planning to sleep 2 out there. Able to get extra towels and blankets for the family....
