「Pool was out of order for maintenance. Which was a BIG reason for choosing this site for 5 nights. Location was wonderful. Room was clean except for floors. More spacious than expected. Little balcony was a cute touch. Continental breakfast was great on the weekend, during the week it was like it was only what was left over from the weekend. Very lacking and disappointing. Elevators were very quick but terribly filthy and unsanitary. We actually left a day early due to the pool being close...

「Housekeeping never cleaned room for the two nights we were there. Only light in bathroom is connected to fan and is VERY loud when on making it virtually impossible to use. Food was so so.」

「This is downtown and they charge $50 to park in their secure area. The room I had was old but cool and roomy, unfortunately the linens had blood stains. Plenty of dining areas close by and the Rock & Roll HOF is daily close by and where we went. The front desk and valet were all super nice and helpful too.」

「Breakfast was set up awkward, struggled to handle a large crowd. Our room was clean but housekeeping never came in during our stay. Most other hotels always tend to come in every other day. I'm guessing this needs to be requested. Other then that the staff was very helpful and very welcoming.」

「We had a room with a king bed and a sleep sofa. The room felt spacious and functioned well. The layout with a wide desk with frosted glass acting as a room divider between the bed and comfortable sofa was well planned. Generous closet space was appreciated as was the built in luggage rack over the HVAC unit. The HVAC unit had a setting for constant fan use which helps dampen sounds and keep the air fresh.
