Checked in about 8-8:30pm. Lobby lights were turned out for the night. Had already booked and paid through Hotels.com, but was asked to swipe card at front desk. Room was nice. Modern and fresh looking. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a few hairs in the shower, left by previous guests. Shower was stocked with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner . Soap was empty. After returning from our trip, we noticed the hotel had charged my card for the room, on top of what Hotels.com did. I called the hotel several times and never got anyone to answer the telephone. I contacted Marriott and opened a case regarding the double charge. I was told I would hear from the actual hotel we stayed in, by the following weekend. We were never contacted, but the second charge was credited back to our card. Not sure what was going on but be sure to check your statements after your stay. Overall a nice place, but being double charged with no explanation doesn't make me comfortable.
