「We ordered a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, me and my daughter we received key and being told we got beautiful vip specious room. We got to the room to find out there was a one king bed. When person who accompanied us was told thattwasn't what we ordered he contacted front desc and being told the hotel is packed and no other room is available. They tried to put additional temporary bed to accomodate us. It took 2 hours of stres being looked at like I was crazy refusing room which they...

「me gusto el trato del personal del desayuno, excelente, que hicieron los alimentos, pero las habitaciones fueran pesimas, las toallas parecian limpias pero olian mal, en una de nuestras habitaciones, hubo que cambiarla, habia cucarachas, caca de raton, el espejo de mi baño estaba quebrado, en lo que yo pueda jamas volvere alli, lo siento mucho, las personas amables mucho, pero el hotel no deberia tener ese tipo de servicio, que pena」

「Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!」

「Me agradó la ubicación, su piscina, su bar y la habitación. No me agradó mucho: el desayuno, pues le faltó pan, fruta y jugo. Y a los jardines y árboles una buena podada.」

「Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen...

「Pas d’eau potable ( nous le savions) mais pas une seule de bouteille d’eau potable dans la chambre pour les clients. Évier complètement bouché, cuvette des toilettes difficilement praticable . Petit déjeuner hors de prix pour le pseudo standing qui n’en est pas un ( nous avons préféré manger ailleurs) . Certaines chambres d’hôtes et locations etaient plus intéressantes et plus accueillantes. 」
