「Hotel was amazing, location, service, parking, all great, very modern with a feel of being part of the great castle. My biggest issue was no AC, I don’t want to sound like a spoiled American, BUT, it got hot, me and two teenagers, I opened a window we turned the fan on, it was ok, but the window had no screen, WHY!!!!!, a bee flew into our room, my kids saw it but didn’t tell me, I turned the lights off, called it a night, BAM!!!, my daughter got stung, she’s allergic to a lot of things but...

「Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming」

「I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!」
