「Good service. Good breakfast, although I had to pay separately for it. The room was at the end of the corridor, and it was nice and quiet, as I loved it and needed good night's rest after a long flight. Just the TV in the room didn't work, but I'm not really a TV person, so I didn't even claim. Wi-fi worked well in the lounge area, which was good enough for me. I have long hair and needed a hair dryer, so I asked for it and the reception lady was kind to hand me one to take it to my room. Good...

「仕事の出張のため利用しました。ホテルはそこそこ清潔感があり、部屋でもコーヒーは無料で飲めます。ただ、歯ブラシやティッシュはありません。食事はホテル併設のレストランで朝夕食べれます。夕食のメニューは豊富ですが、朝食は固定のワンプレートです。食事の量は多いと思います。ホテルの接客は愛想良く、部屋のチップは不要でした。」

「This is a solid tradesmens' hotel, clean basic service and a friendly, personable staff. If you want slick and modern, this is not the place for you; but if you want reliable services and a decent breakfast, this could be your home-from-home.」

「Staff are very friendly including the restaurant staff. This hotel represents good value for money and is comfortable. You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room. If in the area would stay again.」

「Superb hospitality here and the staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. For those travelling by train, it takes about 25-30mins to walk into the centre of Reading, but is only 10 mins by bus and these are frequent. I stayed here on a work trip. I would have liked a bath to relax into at the end of a long day, but I guess you can't have everything!」

「A lovely place with a beautiful garden to the rear. Easy to find and very quaint. My colleague and i ate in the restaurant and the food was great. Highly recommend if staying in the area」
