「We've been coming here for years. Unfortunately, this will be our last. We always book an ocean front room but for the last few years we get a room where the glass is shaded by moisture in between the double glass. We asked for a different room but were told none were available. Second year in a row that the elevator was broken. We were able to use the service one this time luckily.
