「Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but...

「客室は広く清潔でした。ベッドはいいものを採用していると思われ、とても快適でした。 ところどころコストダウンを図っているところが見られるが、比較的安価に宿泊を提供するためには必要なことと思われ、納得できる水準です。コスパを考慮すると全体としては非常に良い滞在でした。」

「プール・ジャグジーの利用ができなかったのは残念でした しかし、朝食・ハッピーアワーのサービスは最高でした！ セントルイスに再訪問するときは再度、宿泊したいです！」

「MLBの観戦で利用しました。部屋は一通りの清掃は行き届いているものの施設の古さは否めないのが正直な感想です。スタッフの方は人により対応に大きな差があるようにも感じました。滞在後の移動が早朝便だったためこちらを選びましたが空港までのレンタカーでのアクセスは問題ない距離で15分程度ですが、MLBのスタジアムまでは30分程度で若干距離を感じました。」

「No refrigerator in room. You must go on a list for a refrigerator. When enough people check out you can have one of their refrigerators. It’s a terribly old hotel, the furnishings are old, the equipment old and noisy. Not what you would expect from a Hilton property.」
