"Before our arrival we were informed about the rules and procedures through text. When we arrived the owner came out to meet us, he was very friendly and helped us with Our bags! The place was beautiful and very comfortable, clean, and you felt like you were at home, very up to date and the mountains view was beautiful! The shopping center and restaurants were very close to the property! We will be back!!"

"Nice lounge area. Beds were too firm for our taste. Bring your own pillow as there were none that felt comfy. Phone in room didn’t work so had to use cell phone. Service personnel were to come fix the phone, but this didn’t happen during our 2 night stay. "

"The rooms are definitely spacious with the full kitchen and the beds are beyond comfortable. But we had a 4 day stay an NO INTERNET the entire stay. I had to pay for my mobile data just to check my email & SM accounts every day. We called the desk and every single day was told "tomorrow", but never got internet. This was especially frustrating considering the internet was working in the office & breakfast areas. The breakfast is always good there. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"Their listing was misleading. Made it sound like we got the whole locations even had a picture posted of the stairs making you think you got the upstairs too. Show up and you get a dungeon of a basement. You walk down the outside stairs and an alarm goes off every time. You have no temperature control and the owners upstairs turned on the heat and burned us out. No AC and had a few hidden in closet fans. No windows or doors with visibility to the outside.
