"Beautifully maintained hotel with historic character. Staff very helpful and courteous. Convenient to take platform 5 bus from airport and get off on Takaramachi stop. Then walk across bridge over street. It was a little bit awkward to move our luggage up and down bridge stairs but manageable and hotel is right there. Train station is about 10 min walk. "

It is a 20min walk from Nagasaki Train Station, a 12min walk to Nagasaki Port Terminal, and is located across the road from a huge shopping arcade in Nagasaki city. "We went there is off season so it is quiet and comfortable. We walked around the Island and the weather is nice. Food is affordable but portion is relatively small. Western breakfast is superb and a must try!"
