"The service of the staff was very good. We can’t speak Japanese well but fortunately, there were English-speaking staff. And the non-English speaking staff were also eager to assist and try to communicate with us the best they could whenever we sought their assistance. Appreciate all the staff hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel lobby and public bath area were always kept clean. The room was spacious and clean as well, and the bed was comfortable. "Stayed here for a few nights as we wanted to drive around parts of North Okinawa. Location was great for this! Staff were very friendly, free breakfast was Japanese style and options changed each day which we enjoyed. Lots of amenities, such as free toiletries, onsen and laundry. The rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom, which is tough if you are sharing with another person. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Every Room has a Marina/Bay View with Condo amenities such as big frig, kitchen sink and microwave not to mention the washer and dryer. The room was spotless! The bathroom was WONDERFUL! Wash and Soak after a Nice walk on the Board Walk to American Village or not... Check-in was a challenge but, a front desk staff ANGEL, assisted and made the process easier. Great staff for a reduced rate. SUSHI right down the street!"
