If management were to address this issue, the property would better reflect a true 5-star experience."

I desperately needed to receive a piece of mail and they allowed me to have it sent to them, and they coordinated with me to have it ready for when I picked it up under a really tight time crunch. They didn't have to do that but it meant the world to me. Would absolutely come back if I'm ever in Naha!"
