The hotel staff greeted me at the door, took in my luggage, later helped me book a massage appointment nearby, and then got me a taxi for the airport the next morning. With the language barrier, I was extremely appreciative! The pool and garden area weren’t available, which was upsetting, but there were things to do nearby so all was well. The pillows were super comfortable! Great option to stay at.

Unexpected getaway!

Great overall experience! Rooms were roomy and ameneties are great! Showe and toilets were separated so it was a great addition! Highly recommended for another stay in Chatan, Okinawa.

This property and room were very clean. Staff was excellent and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was fantastic in Ally’s. The pillows in our room were very hard. Ended up buy a pillow.

Property is not too far walking distance from American Village. Staff is very friendly and will order you taxis if you ask the front desk. Rooms are a decent size however beds are close to each other and uncomfortable

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was my first time at a hostel in Japan. The showers could be cleaned in between people and that could be over demanding but when girls wash their hair, it tends to stay in the shower. If shower shoes were an option, that would be great! Other than that, check in was super easy, as well as check out and the staff were super nice and friendly with big smiles! If I do backpacking again, I’ll definitely stay here again! I’ll bring my own shower shoes too LOL!

The property itself is nice. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable if you’re not used to hard. The staff are helpful and friendly. The issue is others staying in the Hostel…disrespectful or inconsiderate of others. One lady kept opening the window and turning the AC off when it was extremely humid and hot out. Another person vomited in the bathroom and I had to let staff know. Lastly, people coming in late can be loud when you are asleep. I was woken up multiple times by others. The most shocking, however, was two women having a full on conversation in the bed area when they should have gone to the commons area. The laundry did not dry clothes well at all.
